"Absolutely love this place. The hosts are very charming and down to earth, and very professional and welcoming. It is a warm and friendly and slightly quirky place, with friendly staff. Just the best place for an evening out and tonight we had a lovely time as always. Really easy and guaranteed a great night out. Highly recommended."

"We visited for an evening meal and did not stay overnight, but our meal was absolutely delightful. The hosts were extremely willing to converse with us in our mediocre French, and proved not only genial but warm and witty. We were served the best gazpacho I have ever enjoyed, excellent confit du canard and a superb plat du jour of salmon and salad. Complemented with excellent coffee and dessert, we enjoyed a wonderful evening, and commend this excellent establishment. We look forward to returning. Easy walking distance of the center of the city and a fine selection of excellent, reasonably priced meals, small and large. On our next trip to Quillan, we will definitely try to stay here."

"From the outside the restaurant doesn't look that inviting. Inside, however, it unfolds its rustic charm of Brittany. Celtic beer and hearty galettes are on the menu and delicious. The staff is very friendly and one lady spoke very good English."
